Meet Richard Griffin – Feed Manager
We’re excited to welcome Richard to our team as our feed manager! Richard brings over four years of experience in feed sales and a lifetime of hands-on ranching knowledge. Having worked on large ranches across Utah, Idaho and Wyoming, he's no stranger to the challenges of the livestock world. Richard has plenty of experience with AI and purebred cattle operations. Originally from Wyoming, Richard now calls Bowbells, North Dakota home.
He holds an associate degree in Ranch Management and loves connecting with customers. “I enjoy working and visiting with Ranchers,” Richard says. “Helping producers find the right feed program for their animals is a lot like what I’ve done my whole life — a cow is a cow.”
Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have been married for 41 years, have six children and fourteen grandchildren, and stay active in their local church.
Meet Mark Brosh – Sales Team
We’re excited to welcome Mark Brosh to our sales team! He brings five years of experience in equipment sales, along with a lifetime of experience in trucking and farming. His background gives him a deep understanding of the equipment we sell and the challenges our customers face every day. Based in Bismarck, Mark will be serving customers south of Highway 2.
Mark enjoys connecting with customers, helping them understand how their machines work, and finding the right solutions for their needs. He also says, "I enjoy learning myself, every day is an adventure."
Outside of work, Mark enjoys watching stock car races and demo derbies, spending time farming, and supporting his local community. We’re confident Mark’s experience and dedication will be a great asset to our customers and our team.
Meet Dan Copeland – Sales Manager
We’re excited to welcome Dan Copeland to our sales team! Dan grew up on a dairy farm in Michigan and brings more than 25 years of sales experience to the role. A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Dan was first stationed in Minot in 1987 and now calls Kenmare, North Dakota home.
Dan takes pride in providing customers with the “satisfaction of knowing they were taken care of in a timely manner.” He’ll be covering the northwest region of North Dakota, from Kenmare to Rugby and up to the Canadian border.
When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Dan hunting, fishing, or enjoying the great outdoors. We’re thrilled to have him on board and know our customers will enjoy working with him!
